How it Works

• 🆔 Enter Your JCA ID – Start by providing your unique JCA identification number.

• 👤 Fill in Your Name – This helps us personalize your record and keep things accurate.

• 📅 Select Practice Date – Automatically picks today’s date, but you can also choose manually.

• 📎 Upload Your Score Sheet – Upload a PDF or image file (Max 10MB).

• ✅ Confirmation – Once submitted, you’ll see a quick thank-you message confirming your entry.

Every submission is stored securely and organized by date and user ID, making it easy to access and manage your performance history.
